Meet your Dream Team.

Andrea Pearce.

Andrea’s motto is “Abundance for all” and she follows this in both her work and personal life. Andrea wants all humans to experience financial freedom and aims to facilitate this by sharing her knowledge and expertise to empower her clients to achieve success, whatever that looks like to them.
She is a fully qualified Accountant and Registered Tax Agent and has worked in Public Practice Accounting for over 15 years. Andrea understands the complexities of small business and works personally with business owners as part of their team, to help them achieve their personal and business goals.
She has three incredible children and an absolute hunger for personal and professional development, so she can be the best role model to those around her.
Her team will vouch that she’s a hard-working, kick-ass boss, who keeps them all motivated to be the best versions of themselves!

Tom Wilmore.

Tom is our magnificent Senior Tax Consultant. Originally from Bedford, England he travelled to Australia to play rugby, but stayed for love. He and his beautiful wife Sharnee have a 3 year old son Harlee and border collie Django. Retiring from Rugby, Tom now spends his weekends golfing and hanging out with his 2 favourite people!
Tom completes all bookkeeping requirements for our business clients as well as Business Activity Statements. He’s also the top dog when it comes to Individual Tax Returns. He gets a kick out of helping his clients feel more confident about their accounting practices and loves to have a laugh in the office with the Dream Team. 
His work ethic is second-to-none and he has a particularly keen eye for detail. He strives for accounting greatness by learning everything he can from the master (Andrea).

Sarah Murray.

Sarah is our much valued Business Strategist and Client Experience Manager. Of her many valued attributes, her diplomatic approach and get sh*t done attitude, are our favourites! Her previous experience is in Financial Planning, which is a real asset to the Dream team and our clients. Sarah gets way too excited about implementing new policies and processes in the office and completing her daily “checklists”.

We are forever grateful for Sarah’s ability to contemplate the big picture, assessing and plugging the leaks with her innovative and progressive approach. Sarah oversees the accounting team and manages workflow throughout the office. She keeps us all accountable and motivated to give our clients the beat experience possible!

Sarah and her husband Matt both grew up in Albury and have 2 gorgeous little people under 3, Lyrah and Lewis. Sarah currently works her Dream magic Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 

Hayley Foots.

Hayley officially joined the Dream team early in 2023 and takes care of all things marketing and branding. She is the creative thinker amongst the numbers brains in the office!
Hayley seamlessly balances her roles as a Marketing Manager at Dream Accounting with her role as  Director of Dream Coaching + Mentoring. With a passion for empowering individuals to reach their full potential, Hayley has dedicated her career to fostering personal growth through coaching and mentoring while building strong networks through community initiatives. 
Despite her busy professional life, Hayley is Mum to six children, showcasing her ability to manage both her family and professional responsibilities. She firmly believes in the power of a supportive community, both at home and in the workplace.
When not in the Dream office, you’ll find Hayley spending time with the kiddies, fulfilling her role as Deputy Chair of Business Women Albury Wodonga, wakeboarding on the weir, building another side hustle or in her car driving kids to another birthday party or soccer game!

Jacinda Haberfield.

Jacinda saved our souls when we were in dire need of some assistance in administration, she stepped into Sarah’s role while she was on Maternity Leave and has become a wonderful addition to our team. Her and her husband Justin have 2 beautiful children Isabel and Beau who are growing up way too fast and nearly both at school.

Jacinda had worked in retail for years and found an interest in finance after completing a certificate in Business Administration and then Financial Services. She is cool headed and task driven and always ensures she completes a task timely, accurately and with a smile on her dial! We appreciate her efficiency and ability to ensure our clients get what they need, when they need it.

We have nicknamed her Smurf due to her laptop camera giving her a gorgeous blue glow in our video meetings. Feel free to say ‘Hey Smurf’ in your next e-mail to Jacinda!

Lucinda Cooper.

If you have called our office, chances are you've spoken to this beautiful soul. The lovely Lucinda was born in Sydney and lived in Mullimbimby before settling in Albury with her partner Steve – who luckily enough, works in the wine industry. Luci is loving our region, particularly the landscapes, bushwalks, helping with the local landcare group and enjoying the beautiful views.
She loves spending time doing anything outside. Afternoons in her garden are the best . . . fruits, flowers, vegies, herbs and ferns! Add in some Italian food and Luci is in heaven!
Luci tells us that she loved the interview process with Dream, a new experience for her. Meeting the team during her interview was amazing, she would have happily pulled up a chair and started work, then and there!
Nothing makes her happier than making our clients feel welcome and putting a smile on someone’s face! Luci’s methodical, process driven and gentle nature is a huge asset to the Dream Team and we are so very lucky to have her!

Ash Stickland.

Our admin superstar Ash joined the Dream family mid 2022 after moving to Wodonga from Benalla to be with the love of her life.
After working in the accounting industry for 10 years, the plan was to challenge herself in a new industry…until she met with Dream! After her initial interview with Andrea, she knew this is where she belonged. She cancelled all her other interviews and hasn’t looked back. Aren’t we lucky!
Ash is a breath of fresh air in the office and has an absolute passion for ensuring our clients receive the very best service and always have a friendly voice at the other end of the phone. She has a thirst for knowledge, loves to understand the entire accounting picture and relishes in the finer details.
In 2023 Ash took maternity leave and gave birth to her beautiful baby boy Carter. Congrats Ash and Luke on Carter’s arrival!
Ash is currently working in the office for a few hours on Tuesdays and will slowly increase her hours in 2024 as she feels ready. We’re so excited to have your gorgeous smile back in the office Ash and we know our clients feel the same!
