Andrea’s motto is “Abundance for all” and she follows this in both her work and personal life. Andrea wants all humans to experience financial freedom and aims to facilitate this by sharing her knowledge and expertise to empower her clients to achieve success, whatever that looks like to them.
She is a fully qualified Accountant and Registered Tax Agent and has worked in Public Practice Accounting for nearly 25 years. Andrea understands the complexities of small business and works with business owners as part of their team, to help them achieve their personal and business goals.
Andrea prides herself on doing accounting differently and speaking in terms you understand, giving real advice you can implement seamlessly into your business now.
She considers herself the funniest person in most rooms and an absolute hunger for personal and professional development. Andrea always strives to be the best version of herself, so she can be the best role model to those around her, including her 6 children.
Her team will vouch that she’s a hard-working, kick-ass boss, who keeps them all motivated to be the best versions of themselves!

Hayley Foots.
Born and raised in Albury-Wodonga, Hayley has grown up in a family of local business owners. Going on to build and sell multiple businesses of her own, Hayley has experienced first hand the life cycle of business. She understands the highs, the lows and the challenges that running life and business simultaneously bring.
After successful careers in real estate, volume housing and interior design, Hayley realised a deep passion for sharing knowledge and supporting business owners to succeed. In 2023 she completed her qualification in business + life coaching, utilising her unparalleled ability to survey the bigger picture, assess the kinks in the line and pin point where to focus your time and energy to get results.
Hayley is Andrea’s partner in both life and business and together they are a force to be reckoned with. Hayley has taken on the role of Business Manager at Dream, ensuring that all moving parts run smoothly and our clients are completely taken care of. Her commitment to service and the client experience is an absolute credit to her.
When not in the office, you’ll find Hayley running around after their 6 children, at a soccer match, wakeboarding on the weir or finding a new creative project.
Charlee brings an absolute wealth of business and accounting experience to our team, supported by an impressive academic background with a Master of Research, a Bachelor in Business Accounting and a Diploma in Human Resource Management. She has a sharp eye for detail and a genuine love of numbers, whether it’s reconciling messy accounts (her words!) or analysing the best solutions to help clients succeed in every way. Charlee is especially passionate about taking the stress out of tax and accounting, turning what many people see as boring or overwhelming into clear, manageable outcomes. Her goal is always to give clients confidence in their finances so they can focus on growing their businesses.
Outside of work, Charlee grew up in beautiful Sri Lanka which she describes as a tropical paradise, and now enjoys life in Australia with her two young sons, Kenan and Nolan. Weekends are filled with family time, catching up with friends, and experimenting with new recipes. She’s a keen swimmer, a lover of Asian cuisines, and has a secret talent for Sri Lankan classical singing! A creative at heart she also enjoys painting, crafting, and fun fact…… she even colour codes all her spreadsheets.

Tam joined the Dream Team in 2024 as our Practice Manager and we couldn’t be happier to have her join our work family. Working in the accounting industry for almost 20 years, she is a dream come true for our team and clients alike. She thoroughly enjoys getting to know our clients and loves that two days in the dream office, are never the same.
Tam is your first of point of contact with Dream and is more than happy to help with any inquiry you may have.
With her exceptional knowledge of the industry, Tam keeps us all on top of lodgement dates, annual ASIC reviews and making sure the admin aspects of your numbers, are kept well in order!
A Tassie girl at heart, Tam says the food there is to die for and she highly recommends a visit if you’ve never been. Making the big trek to the mainland when she was 24, Tam currently resides in Geelong and works 100% remotely. We love when she makes the trip up the Hume and comes to visit us at Dream HQ!
On the weekends you’ll find her being step-mum to Imogen and Riley, attending speedway with husband Brad, booking her next holiday, enjoying a glass of wine and a cheese platter, or building another Lego masterpiece.
