Andrea Pearce.
Andrea’s motto is “Abundance for all” and she follows this in both her work and personal life. Andrea wants all humans to experience financial freedom and aims to facilitate this by sharing her knowledge and expertise to empower her clients to achieve success, whatever that looks like to them.
She is a fully qualified Accountant and Registered Tax Agent and has worked in Public Practice Accounting for over 15 years. Andrea understands the complexities of small business and works personally with business owners as part of their team, to help them achieve their personal and business goals.
She has three incredible children and an absolute hunger for personal and professional development, so she can be the best role model to those around her.
Her team will vouch that she’s a hard-working, kick-ass boss, who keeps them all motivated to be the best versions of themselves!

Tamieka McClure.
Tam joined the Dream Team in 2024 as our Practice Manager and we couldn’t be happier to have her join our work family. Working in the accounting industry for 17 years, she is a dream come true for our team and clients alike. She has thoroughly enjoyed getting to know our clients and loves that two days in the dream office, are never the same.
Tam will be your first of point of contact with Dream and she is more than happy to help with any inquiry you have.
A Tassie girl at heart, Tam says the food there is to die for and she highly recommends a visit if you’ve never been. Making the big trek to the mainland when she was 24, Tam currently resides in Geelong and works 100% remotely. We love when she makes the trip up the Hume and comes to visit us at Dream HQ!
On the weekends you’ll find her being step-mum to Imogen and Riley, attending speedway with husband Brad, booking her next holiday, enjoying a glass of wine and cheese platter or building another Lego masterpiece.

Hayley Foots.
Working closely by Andrea’s side (in life and business), Hayley predominantly works behind the scenes to ensure Dream along with it’s team and clients, have everything they need.
A qualified business coach, Hayley is passionate about helping small to medium sized businesses thrive and achieve success, whatever that looks like to them.
Despite her busy professional life, Hayley is Mum to six children, showcasing her ability to manage both her family and professional responsibilities. She firmly believes in the power of a supportive community, both at home and in the workplace.
When not in the Dream office, you’ll find Hayley spending time with the kiddies, filling her creative cup with a renovation, wakeboarding on the weir, building another side hustle or in her car driving kids to another birthday party or soccer game!
