Your role
Extensive (5+ years) experience working with business tax concepts relevant to sole traders, partnerships, trusts and companies
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work autonomously to achieve results
Ability to use your initiative, make judgement calls when necessary to ensure work gets done
Ability to communicate effectively and haonestly
Ability to work at speed without getting to caught up with minor details
Willingness to work on any tasks requested with enthusiastic attitude
Openness to change within the industry and organisation as a whole to remain leaders in innovation
Ability to follow instruction seek clarification when necessary
Ability to work as a team by supporting others and accepting support from others

You love talking to people (particularly over the phone, Zoom & email)
You have the ability to work independently from your home office if necessary
Andrea may be away for weeks at a time where you receive no direction or motivation. You need to be able to be trusted to self-motivate and keep productivity levels high
Communication is key. With working remotely or within the same office, we like to communicate within our team via email as to not interfere with each other’s workflow.
Technology is your friend you love learning new systems and technology and use it to make your life easier!

We offer a “set your own wage” remuneration package. You need to be prepared that your KPI’s may change pending what you decide to set your wage at.
